User Permissions

Permissions for the visibility of computer objects in SCCM Manager are defined in the "UserPermissions.xml" file. This feature must be explicitly enabled in the web service configuration by the ComputerFilterEnabled setting. (See chapter Web Config) The file is located in the web service configuration directory:

Multiple search collections can be specified and a user group permission can be set for each. In the above example, a user from the ExampleGroup group can see all computer objects located in the collection with ID ABC0XXX
